Interior House Painting From Estimate to Final Walk-Through
Interior jobs follow the same arc every time.
Walk-Through and Estimate
Measure each room, note ceilings, trim and doors, look for patching and stains, and confirm colors and sheen. Send the estimate from the driveway.
Approval and Booking
Approval puts the job on the Waiting List. Book it on a crew and the customer gets a night-before text.
Prep
Move and cover furniture, mask edges, patch, sand, caulk and prime what needs it. The checklist shows the prep that was sold.
Coats
Cut in, then the first coat, the second and a third if sold. The checklist has a box for each.
Cleanup and Touch-Ups
Pull tape, remove plastic, put furniture back, touch up. Leave labeled leftover paint.
Final Walk-Through
Walk the rooms with the customer. Fix anything on the spot, take after photos, tap Complete.
