Logging In to the Painting Crew App: Company Login Plus a Personal PIN
Painters do not want another password. The crew app uses one company login that every phone shares, plus a short PIN for each painter.
Why Two Parts
The company login connects the phone to your company. The PIN says which painter is using it. Photos, checklists and clock-ins are recorded under that painter.
No App Store
The app runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen. Nothing to download, no store account needed.
Shared Phones
If a crew shares one phone, each painter enters their PIN when it is their turn. The record stays accurate.
When a Painter Leaves
Deactivate their employee record and their PIN stops working.
Setting PINs
Pick a four-digit PIN for each painter when you add them.
