Setting Up Crews and Painters: Trucks, PINs and Who Did What
Painting companies organize work by crew. Two or three painters ride together in a van and work one job. The software should match that.
Crews as Trucks
Add each crew or van. Jobs get assigned to a crew on the dispatch board, and the crew sees their jobs in the crew app.
Painters With PINs
Add each painter as an employee with their own PIN. The crew shares the company login on their phones; the PIN identifies who is working. The checklist and photos record who did them.
Office People
Office staff get web access with a role that controls what they can see and do. Painters do not need office access.
Seasonal Painters
Add and deactivate painters as the season changes. You are never billed per user.
