Training New Painters on the Crew App in One Morning

Painters learn by doing. Train them on a real job.

Before the First Job

Add the painter with a PIN, help them log in, and add the app to their home screen.

On the First Job

Open the job card together and point out the colors, the prep and the access notes. Tap Start. Take the before photos.

During the Job

Have them check off the steps as they go. The checklist shows them your standard.

At the End

Take the after photos, record coats and gallons, pick the condition and tap Complete.

A Week Later

Look at their finished checklists. Thank them for good notes.
